The part was supposed to be repaired and fixed by Friday 10 am, but the Professional neither arrived or informed us. When we called him, he told us that he'd be at our place the same day evening. But he did not. He came over to our place the next day evening. It is very important to inform the customer about a delay or else there's no value in mentioning dates and times in the UC app.

He cleaned the chimney without dismantling..we chose deep cleaning where it was clearly mentioned it would be dismantled and every part would be cleaned separately.. but no dismantling happened .. He cleaned the chimney without dismantling..removed only the filter and cleaned neatly..machine exterior surface was cleaned..inside the machine also he cleaned the fan without dismantling.. service was good..but as per the deep cleaning opted..and description mentioned.. if dismantled and cleaned thoroughly service would have been worth the price paid...He was very polite giving good suggestions and tips of maintenance..when asked why it was not dismantled as mentioned in description of service..he mentioned for few chimney models only they would dismantle..the aluminium duct pipe is also not cleaned...Hope urban company update your description or make sure your technician provides the service mentioned in description.
