Faye is an experienced groomer. She has the patience to handle my cat even though the cat was not used to having her fur trimmed. She came prepared with her tools, mini vacuum and cat treats.

1) arrived 1hr late. When she was 10mins late, i was the one who reached out to her. 2) haircut for my pom was very choppy. Totally not smooth. 3) aysmmetrical haircut 4) most importantly, DID NOT CUT NAILS. I really should have checked. She showed me how she cut on ONE nail and i let her proceed the rest on her own. But she did not cut the rest and i only realised yesterday. Very dishonest. I will not use her again.
