I had an amazing experience with Yi Wen's pet grooming service. She was incredibly gentle and thorough with my pup, making the entire session stress-free. She took her time and ensured every detail was perfect. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality care for their fur babies!

1) arrived 1hr late. When she was 10mins late, i was the one who reached out to her. 2) haircut for my pom was very choppy. Totally not smooth. 3) aysmmetrical haircut 4) most importantly, DID NOT CUT NAILS. I really should have checked. She showed me how she cut on ONE nail and i let her proceed the rest on her own. But she did not cut the rest and i only realised yesterday. Very dishonest. I will not use her again.

Janice was fantastic with Jessie and she was so knowledgeable and patient. I’ve never experienced a professional who knew exactly what to do to handle timid dogs and Janice did such a wonderful job.

Faye was very nice and patient with my timid kitten, considering it is its first grooming session. Also mentioned things for us to take note of and gave suggestions. Would be better if the fur could be cleared and disposed of after the grooming session. It'd be good if the platform app doesn't allow customers to change grooming sessions at the last minute as it delays other's appointments (which other people have already set aside time for for the scheduled timing at the time of booking). My scheduled appointment time was 2pm. But due to the previous customer's last-minute change from basic grooming to full grooming, more time was required for the groomer to complete the tasks. Thus, Faye was only able to reach my place at 4pm. Besides being 2 hrs behind the appointment time (which I think is the platform's mistake), everything else about the grooming service was good. Thank you, Faye.
