She was time in fact earlier than expected and has to wait for me to return home. I was late to return home and she was very nice about it. She spent good time with my furbies. She was gentle with them and made them feel comfortable. They smelt extremely nice and look amazing! She did a great job

Had to ask abt whereabouts booked an appt but was late and didn’t informed me instead blame about the previous customer that she was handling require more time .

Faye was so patient with my cat,Russ-Elle. Russ has always been so aggressive at the groomers but I now realised that she do better with us around despite being wriggly wiggly but she wasn't aggressive and no hissing like she did to the previous groomer. Faye is very fast to calm and do it all well. Thank you Faye,we will see you again.

Dexter was very patient with Muffin even though she kept moving around. He also helped take out all of the mats from her fur, which was tedious.

Groomer is prob a nice person but frankly, there were too many questions prior and during service even though it was prob well intentioned. Even had to check my app when the appointment was late and realised it was because I did not “confirm” the timing by reply to a chat. I booked the service at a date and time stated so if would be done without any additional confirmation and me having to answer questions about whether need to blow dry (shouldn’t there be a standard list of things to do in the service?) after showering or the nature of my cat (a professional should be able to deal with all natures regardless ) or answer a phone call how to enter the carpark when there is a telecom to press for entry. All this made the experience a bit annoying. Also had to have another person present to hold my cat while his nails were cut cos my cat was deemed “aggressive” and she could not handle him alone. No other issues with other groomers cutting his nails before without additional fuss or help needed. Shouldn’t the groomer come with some suitable equipment to help with nail trimming if the cat is more difficult to handle alone? Service was over in 45mins even though it was meant to be 1.5 hours. Perhaps if I was in a better mood today I would have been ok with the additional questions but otherwise I wish it was more fuss free, “automatic”; on time and not done within half the length of time stated:
