It took them 40 minutes to clean 4 aircons. Instead of taking the filters, they just rinsed it with water with some bucket underneath to catch the water. I’m not sure how effective it was. Also the guy showed up at 3:30 when it was scheduled for 5:30, he was trying to negotiate if he can come back at 4:30. I even offered some cans of cokes and he asked if i had other options lol. Overall, it was just not pleasant and I’d like to cancel the rest of the package
