Booked 330pm as my parents needs to rest after they're finish their work (2am - 12pm daily) 4.10pm called to inform say they couldn't find my blk as I did not inform my block number, told me that they're nearby our area but took very long to find the block..follow by cus I nv put ABC behind my block number...so I apologise & repeat the block number for them ensuring there's no Alphabet behind (which I clearly remember I did key address in system as per the template in your website.) Since he mentioned he's already looking for my block..i checked if he's reaching..(already late but did not apologise & my parents kept waiting) he assure me will arrive shortly ... end up....435pm.. If you're late for whatever reason, at least inform beforehand.. and not to blame customers for incomplete address which obviously thats not the case on my end.. And thanks to his cleaning service which made a remarkable splatter art all over my toilet...now I've to start scrubbing the wall & ceiling.. i understand they will require to use the washroom to clean the parts..but this is the first time I encounter such horror ( some parts of ceiling, toilet wall from bottom top.. toilet seats etc..) On a side note, website put total cleaning will require 1hr 20 mins? But my parents told me that they're really fast just max 40 mins for all 3 units..not sure if that's the usual? As all other service provided I've engaged too longer than that.) First experience & is definitely...horrible
