I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be shared. The cleaning team left scratches on my countertop, turned on the gas stove without realizing, and disassembled fridge components without putting them back properly—which left me trying to reassemble everything myself. The cleaners themselves were kind, but I honestly question how much training they’ve received. It didn’t feel professional and they went an hour overtime (once again very kind of them but that should not be the case for a trained team). Customer service was also disappointing. The first rep came off as passive-aggressive and overly defensive of the company and when I asked for help fixing the damage to my counter, they weren’t helpful or willing to recommend anything. I was just told to get an invoice (they’ll only compensate up to 500 SAR) and send it in—no effort to actually assist beyond that. Overall, I’m left with damage & the stress of having to reverse that damage. I hope the company improves training and support moving forward, because this experience left a lot to be desired from a “a very distinguished company” as the rep put it.
