The team arrived over an hour late. They said they don’t have time to complete what I paid for. They didn’t speak very much English or Arabic. The call center never answered my calls. They never called me back. First time using this app and may be my last time. All in all terrible experience

تنضيف الكتب والسجاد مقبولة بس صراحة الخدمة بعيدة عن المقبول لانها تنضيف بيت كامل مو كنب وسجاد، للاسف كانهم جاين يسلكو البيت تسليك كم ساعه ويمشو.. لان في اماكن وهم موجودين ماتنضفت وانا اقولي سوي هذي ما سويتها ولا هذي وغير كذا بعد ما مشي اكتشف في اشياء ما نلمسة ولسا وصخة.. واحسهم كل ما قل الشغل ويحاولون يخوفوني من اشياء عشان ما يشتغلوها مع انها اشياء عادية جدا جدا خلاصة الموضوع هم ٣ الي جوني. لو اني طالب ٣ عاملات ووقفت فوق رأسهم اصرف لي لانو النظام تسليك

After the team claimed that the apartment was ready I found a lot of things they have missed. Kitchen cabinets, fridge were not cleaned. Bathroom walls were dirty. Window frames still dusty, bathroom fixtures and accessories were dirty I was expecting the deep cleaning service to be thorough and was not expecting that I had to check every single thing. After the crew left I still found many things that were not cleaned. I’m very disappointed in the service that was provided and had higher expectations

The guys did an excellent job with the apartment. They were very hands on and very detail oriented. They went above and beyond to get every corner cleaned. They were also a joy to get to know on a personal level. Highly recommended.
