Can you repair a cracked TV screen?
A cracked TV screen can not be repaired but it can be replaced. Irrespective of the brand of the TV, you find a replaceable screen easily with an expert TV repair person.

Do I pay to the technician for the service or do I pay Urban Company?
After completion of service you can pay the technician directly. You can also ask Urban Company for an invoice and make the payment in any mode that you are comfortable with.
What happens if my TV gets damaged during a repair service?
Urban Company offers you an insurance upto Rs. 10,000 against any damages incurred during the process of the repair by the technician you have booked.
Should I buy a new TV or get the old one repaired?
Depending on your repair and the age of your TV, this decision can be taken. If you have booked a repair expert on Urban Company and ask for their opinion, they will be able to advice you well on what you should do. If your TV is older than 10 years, it is always better to go for a new one!
