Carpenter left the work incomplete. He left the holes without putting bolts and in some cases didn't tighten the bolts and screws. Also he doesn't have the proper knowledge of assembling the furniture. All the time I have to give my effort and consultation to him.

Over charge due to unjustified cancellation charges. App doesn't allow adding membership. Partner was excellent. But guys are pathetic - no customer support.

Very unprofessional service. He rather spoiled my furniture piece. He just didn’t look at the manual and started doing his own stuff. I had to sit there and make him do it rightly. It is a particle wood furniture piece and he screwed it at many spots where it was not meant to be. Poor working skill. Very disappointed.
