The service provided (item fixed) was not present in the app . Pre paid amount should be subtracted but later edited and customer care was not clear and said he will charge as per partner estimate . For fan capacitor change cost 100 + visiting charges .. around 200 + capacitor cost . For cooler i was charged 500 + capacitor cost where as it far easier to change for cooler as it's allready on ground . Paid 550+ for 15 mins of service

Did not being any equipment. Took both soap and scrubber from us. No scale has been removed and cooler is in same condition as before. Constantly on phone talking to friends about going somewhere. Not even cleaned the paper mesh even a little.

Have done no service, within a second he replied he will not be able to repair it, and then ha asked for 308 rupees as a visiting charge. More interestingly, the lady in the support is saying where it is written as repair in the package? 🙄 they don’t know what is written in their package. In the package it is written their professional will come fully equipped, we will have to provide an electric connection only. But in reality they cannot repair a motor, THEY ARE FRAUD BE AWARE!!!
