We booked an appointment for Geyser Service.My Geyser was working completely fine . But it was not serviced for 3-4 years so we booked a service and cleanup . This guy was not at all equipped with all the cleaning tools required. And was also not sure how he can open the Geyser. Somehow with lots of brute force he was able to open it up . But now my Geyser started leaking . And he demand we need to change the heating element which will cost Rs 1600-1700 . When I argued that it was working completely fine why it’s leaking now. He said it’s old and this happens. I told him I am not paying anything extra . You broke the element you fix it . He said he will come back tomorrow and fix it . But after he left he marked the job complete. Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. He must first learn and then entertain customer.
