We had asked the service person to place the heater to a safe distance from the shower although even after saying it 3 times, he placed it sticking to the Shower and hence it is causing us problems now.

While the service given by the partner was 5star. He was very polite and completed his work without any issues and that too in quick time. But i have a issue with the service cost on amazon was shown 99rupees. But when the actual service initiated the app asked me to pay 437rs more. This is clear case of cheating by Urban company. If i am buying a BLDC fan which costed me 2600 for which i had to pay 500+ as service charge just because the fan was categorised in Decorative fans. Urban company should explicitly show the service cost upfront when selecting the type of fans. This is not done and i never going to use the service again which had such hefty hidden charges. I felt like robbed
