The representative came on time, that is a big plus for me. He then went on to understand what the issue was ,which I was not too sure as my machine would not drain the water out So he checked and told me why I was facing he issue. Mr. Abdul Rahim halim Shah technician from urban company is a fraud person he told me that my washing machine is inverter one and the sparepart would cost rs 2900 but when I contact UC supervisor support they videocall him and told that this washing machine is not having inverter and the spare part would cost rs 2400 (PCB non inverter). After UC supervisor support technician refused to repair my washing machine and told me to contact Siemens company only

The washing machine professional guided us wrong by telling the switch board is not working for the machine. He said he can fix the switch board offline and only 2000rs will be charged where as urban company charges more. But the issue was not this , Child lock was on due to which any buttons were not working. Looks like he wanted to make free money
