He was continuously on a call and didn't even check the washing machine properly.Since he didn't hear any noise at first, which was what we complained about originally, he asked us to call him when there is some noise. And he was already preparing to leave while saying this. Then we asked him to wait and suggested him to check after loading the machine with clothes. After doing that we could hear the noise very clearly and then he proceeded to check the machine and within a few mins he came to the conclusion that the gearbox needs to be changed and that would cost us 4k. We weren't satisfied, so we spoke to Panasonic, who sent their person and after checking the machine he said that the washing machine stand was broken due to which the machine was unbalanced and that was the actual reason behind the noise.Then we did purchase a new stand and since then there has been no noise and the machine is also working completely fine. This shows that the urban clap person had no knowledge about washing machine and even if he did, he was so busy on calls that he didn't care to actually check what was wrong with the washing machine. And on top of that if we had ended up listening to his suggestion, we would have ended up spending 4k for no reason and our problem would still remain unsolved. So we would like to request you to hire professionals who are really very good in their work and not fool customers.

Anyone who is reading this message should note that the 2nd technician mr Rizwan has done the job solved the issue.He is efficient.However, what kind of policy Uraban Company is executing. 1st technician comes and after one month again same issue comes up and you are charging the customers both the times Without talking to the customer. This is not acceptable.You do not have frontend customer service to atleast ask and take note that customer is facing issue twice in one two months?? You need to redesign your policies.No issue about the technician. As per Urban co. Policy you want customers to book with the same 1st technician to avail benefit of warrenty etc. Who will book with same technician after facing the issue 2nd time?? Is this policy designed with any common sense?
