unprofessional behavior, did not do any consultation for which part need more attention and had no control on her thumb pressure or over all hand control. She needs to be trained! It wasn’t relaxing, rather painful. I kept telling her to reduce the pressure cause she was pressing my shin bone and my tail bone even after telling her not to. It seemed like she just took this appointment for the heck of it. Didn’t do a proper job at all. Lacked soft skills and mannerism. No music played or even asked if I wanted it. Didn’t heat the oil. I had to tell her to heat the oil. She reached early for the appointment but did not prepare before hand. She would do one foot and forget to do the other, same with the hand (palm). I had to keep reminding her everything. She did not even do the stretching like it is done other times. She just did it lightly and left it. She just seemed uninterested.
