He had sent messages in the app to confirm appoinment. He is not the only one. Many do. I have a problem with this. 1. We are not sitting with UC app open in front of us 24 x 7. We do not see these messages. 2. We have paid money in advance to buy a service. During booking a service you ask for the slot. What is the need to confirm again. It is completely unnecessary. If miniscule percent of people are careless to not be at home, penalise them financially. Don't penalise everyone with an additional process burden. 3. He said if I don't respond to messages or don't pick up the phone, he will not come. I am a professor in a university. I cannot pick up calls if I am delivering a lecture. 4. Service provider as per your record is a lady but along with her a man comes. This is the second time I have used them and both times, two of them came.

All the utensils soiled in the spray..The technician did a pathetic job. Didn't give proper information.The kitchen is full of spray water everywhere from all the cabinets and in all the utensils
