I received a call from your technician requesting to come early, but I couldn’t accommodate that. When he finally arrived, he seemed to be in a hurry and quickly finished the job. At the time, I assumed the service was done properly. However, just four hours later, I walked into my kitchen only to find cockroaches crawling into my utensils. To make matters worse, they have now spread to my hall as well. Instead of solving the problem, the situation has escalated—what was supposed to eliminate the pests has somehow made them relocate and multiply in other areas of my home. I have personally killed around 20 cockroaches since then, but the infestation has gotten so bad that I will probably have to do a complete pest control treatment for my entire home. This is extremely frustrating, and I need a resolution as soon as possible.
