I had booked facial for my father and the reviews are as below: 1. A facial includes back massage which he didn't give at all 2. The blackhead removal was very harshly done that my father felt a small cuts 3. Didn't wear his uniform so was couldn't figure if he was from urban clap. All in all, wasn't a relaxing facial and ended up in more red skin
