Upon asking to use of a machine for head massage. I was informed that it is not available under urban company head massage service which is very disappointing since even the local barber shops use these machines & has become integral part of every head massage. While massage itself was fine, it got monotonous over 20 mins since there was no machine. Urban company should provide more clarity about the USE of NO USE of equipments during the process of booking itself rather than customer finding out during service itself. Really disappointed with this no machine policy.
