Was not sure whether branded spares where used when asked technician said new spares come loose it had no packing nothing and was also trying to take old spares with him ...he charged for 2 thermostats one he said branded and another unbranded but I think both where same ..was an ok experience

Just for no heating, he metioned that I need to change the thermostate. When I told him not to do, he mentioned instead of 2 you can try from 1 only. I didn't find him a good guy.

The technician did the diagnosis of the 1-liter Bajaj geyser. He said the thermostat needed to be changed for an additional Rs.1200. I turned down the offer because I felt that buying a new similar geyser was a better option than spending 1400 (in total) for a very old geyser. He did try to convince me to buy the thermostat saying that new geysers don’t work as reliably and long lasting as older models. But I decided to buy a new one. Thanks anyway. 👍🏽
