Prompt service, the geyser was placed in a tricky way, so he had to struggle a lot to fix it. Only issue was that he charged a lot more than the rate card, and arbitrarily fixed his tip at 350. I’m all for tipping, but if it comes up unexplained like this, it’s not a very good experience. Overall, would give him full 5 stars for effort, but the half star goes for unexplained and arbitrary charges.
