With urban company. I’ve generally had a great experience Bhat this was quite poor. I had booked the appointment for Monday at 2:30pm. The assigned personal did not show up. At 3:40pm I contacted customer care and they informed me that they couldn’t get in touch with the assigned individual. They then offered to change the date to which I agreed. They gave the time to 2:30 pm on Friday. On Wednesday I get a call stating Friday will not be possible since it’s Holi. I didn’t understand why they would give me the confirmation of Friday in the first place. So I told them I am no longer interested and would simply like to cancel and issue my refund. They said okay and cut the call. 2 hours later I get a notification from the app that it has been rescheduled for Sunday at 2:30pm. This again was without my consent. When I contact customer care. I got no proper solution. So I said okay. Let me try and go with the flow. On Sunday. At 2:40pm. The assigned individual called me and said they are running late as they are stuck with another client and will reach by 3:30pm. I said okay no problem. Do come. The assigned individual reached at 4:40pm. 2 hours after the assigned time. So overall I have no interest in the product and I’m sure post purchase and any repair will also be a hassle.
