I have had major issues with this service. The partner support who called me spoke to me rudely. The product motor part was dented when it came back after winding. Found your technician very efficient and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up all the mess. He's expected to come again to fix the toughened glass top which broke accidentally while removing it. Very kind of him to reassure me that he would remix it within 15 days at no cost.
