The agent was late so called in advance to apologize which was good. He did a thorough job, really knows his work well and we're very satisfied with the chimney cleaning he did. Well worth the price and polite technician good job

The worker did not have any id on him. Not even an aadhar card. The picture of his id u put up on the app did not show his face. He said he did not carry any ID with him. The work he did is good . but he refused to open the machine and do deep cleaning of the main machine. He also refused to open the mesh and clean inside. I had to intervene and ultimely he opened the machine and mesh and cleaned well. I dont expect this from UC. He is a nice man but not professional at all in his mannerism. Please send two mechanics for deep cleaning. And i dont expect that i have to tell the worker how to do deep cleaning. Quite disappointed this time. The first time i used UC to clean my chimney last year....I was very happy with the job done.
