Accounts executive added number of hidden costs and raised the bill amount much above the estimate given. App lacks clarity and customer is taken for a ride. Although a tip was given you the technician at the time of booking, it was suggested that i tip hhim over and above the final bill amount. Estimates are revised randomly. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the billing procedure and am considering to uninstall the App from my mobile Further, in spite of 3 requests, I have not received the invoice.
