The app said that service takes an hour. The parter has finished the work in 15 min saying that’s all there is. He just cleaned the 2 plates. Not only that, he said it is 299 for labour charges just for placing the filter additionally which is not making any sense. How can 15 min of work and washing 2 plates charge 1700 rs? Urban company is not offering sufficient explanation. Deeply unsatisfied.

The work done by earlier person was more detailed and better. He didn't dismantle the unit and cleaned it from above and mostly exteriors and I had to tell him to clean it after dismantling. Though he did it after that.
