He gave wrong estimate of spare parts and later through the app charged us much more. He admitted he made a mistake and said he will give the extra amount back through UPI. After we paid through the UC app, he said now he cannot give money back and we should have paid him directly. Utter nonsense this is.

Accounts executive added number of hidden costs and raised the bill amount much above the estimate given. App lacks clarity and customer is taken for a ride. Although a tip was given you the technician at the time of booking, it was suggested that i tip hhim over and above the final bill amount. Estimates are revised randomly. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the billing procedure and am considering to uninstall the App from my mobile Further, in spite of 3 requests, I have not received the invoice. I have only received a statement called Payment Summary. This does not match the amount of payment I have made. Very very unprofessional.
