I have had major issues with this service. The partner support who called me spoke to me rudely. The product motor part was dented when it came back after winding. The technician overcharged me 3k extra from the initial indication of costs. And the partner called from Urban company forced me to pay extra. Please refund me full monies for this terrible behaviour. Absolutely unacceptable unprofessional behaviour by you Urban Company

The chimney glass was broken. Did not carry adequate cleaning material/detergent or cloth for a deep cleaning assignment Was messy and left the entire place oily Had to cancel the hob cleaning (loosing Rs.100/-) as he said the hob is defective and no point cleaning... have to call Hafele to get the service done now...

Water if time and money. The partner is wasn’t able to figure out the issue with Chimney. He took PCB for repair and came back with same. His final view was to call Faber and get the entire PCB changed. Nothing against partner but for me it was waste of time and money. As they took one week to let me know that they can’t do much, I could have called Faber at first and got the chimney fixed by now.
