He gave wrong estimate of spare parts and later through the app charged us much more. He admitted he made a mistake and said he will give the extra amount back through UPI. After we paid through the UC app, he said now he cannot give money back and we should have paid him directly. Utter nonsense this is.

The chimney glass was broken. Did not carry adequate cleaning material/detergent or cloth for a deep cleaning assignment Was messy and left the entire place oily Had to cancel the hob cleaning (loosing Rs.100/-) as he said the hob is defective and no point cleaning... have to call Hafele to get the service done now...
