Accounts executive added number of hidden costs and raised the bill amount much above the estimate given. App lacks clarity and customer is taken for a ride. Although a tip was given you the technician at the time of booking, it was suggested that i tip hhim over and above the final bill amount. Estimates are revised randomly. To my understanding chimney installation also requires the pipe to be installed. We would have paid for the pipe. The service partner just drilled into the wall and hung the chimney without any pipe. Am not sure what kind of an installation was this and what did I pay the money for
