The person, Mohd was about to perform the cleaning in shortcut.Even after choosing deep cleaning, he was resistant to clean blower and other parts by complete dismantling. I had to tell him in every step to clean the blower properly. See the smudge is still there, u have to Clean it. Then he said accha sir mein waise karta hu. See I was Knowing the steps cos of my experience with other service person since last 2 times. But then what about the site wherein this Mohd. has got there first time. He would have got it wrapped up in shortcut. That is completely wrong. So giving 2stars atleast at least coz hr listened to me. UC has to tell thier service PPL that they have to thoroughly dismantle the blowers and other parts soaked in Chemical, and then assemble after proper cleaning. No shortcuts to be entertained. It ruins the company's name. Afterall chimney cleaning has to be very hygienic. And it's not difficult.
