Argumentative and not thorough and genuine professional.n Gave incorrect info - said these things which weren’t true - I have a bill the. Said shop won’t give bill because of gst who wants to pay gst ! I have a bulb box it’s in the dustbin there was no box or packet, I will give my personal guarantee of 6 months even though bulbs only work for 2 months. My Kitchen Chimney was vibrating because of oil collected in the motor. The technician left the oil uncleaned. Hence, the main purpose of the service remained unsolved. The chimney still vibrates. On the positive side, he did a jugaad by adding a piece of thermocol behind the chimney, which improved the issue little bit. Also, rest of the cleaning was very thorough and was done very patiently. His behaviour was good. He was punctual.
