Dear Urban Company Customer Care, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent air conditioner servicing conducted at my premises by your technician, Rohan Kumar Singh, on March 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, the service was highly unsatisfactory, and several issues arose, which I would like to highlight in detail. 1. Technician Arrived Late The service was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but the technician arrived late without prior communication. This caused unnecessary disruption to my schedule and reflects a lack of professionalism. 2. AC Not Functioning as Expected Despite the servicing, my air conditioner is still not working efficiently. The cooling remains inadequate, and it appears that the core issues were either overlooked or not addressed properly. 3. Incomplete and Substandard Service The service was not performed thoroughly. Several key areas were neglected: The internal cleaning was not done properly. Coils and filters were left unclean. No proper inspection was conducted to ensure the AC was functioning optimally after servicing. 4. Poor After-Service Cleanup – House Left in a Mess One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of proper cleanup after the servicing: My bed was completely soaked due to water leakage during the process. The bathroom was left in a terrible state, making it extremely difficult to clean up. The technician did not bother to tidy up after completing the job, leaving me with a huge mess. 5. Professionalism and Quality Control Issues While your platform indicates that a quality check was completed, the on-ground experience did not reflect that. There was no proper verification to ensure the AC was working correctly before the technician left. This raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of your quality control measures. 6. Warranty Claim Request As per Urban Company's warranty policy, I am entitled to a free revisit until April 2, 2025, if issues persist. Since the service was incomplete and the problem remains unresolved, I demand an immediate revisit by a competent technician at no additional cost. Resolution Expected: 1. A prompt revisit by a qualified technician to complete the AC servicing properly. 2. Assurance that your technicians arrive on time, perform thorough servicing, and clean up after their work. 3. A formal response from Urban Company regarding quality control failures in this service. I trusted Urban Company for a hassle-free and professional service, but this experience has been frustrating and highly disappointing. I request urgent attention to this matter and expect a resolution at the earliest.
