Most pathetic service I have faced in urban company. 1. The technician change frequently in service date. 2. Today he visited in my house to service my washing machine, after service my washing machine stop working. 3. Without my concern he closed the job , and payment to my wife 1529/- online. At that time I am in office. He did not informed me. 4. He used our scroch bite, and surf to clean the washing machine. But the point is that, our washing machine is stop working, after clearing. My washing machine is working properly. But after servicing it's totally stop working. It's very very bad experience. and I will publish that issue in social media.
