One has come to expect a certain level of professionalism from UC but this particular experience was underwhelming. The service person arrived an hour and a half late. Didn't have expertise. Tried to charge extra. Wasn't cooperative. The hot water connection to the tap was not done coz the pipe was short. Wasn't willing to provide a solution to that.

Guy was bit talkitive but ok. They alwas try to impress customers by talking than doing the right thing but this boy has done a neat job. so far so good. Some of your technicians of past were notorious and also did their job very rudely.
