And, the newly assigned technician Mr. Rahul and his member had been doing their job, very carefully since the begining ! They very carefully dismantled the cabinet of the indoor-unit and, gradually the filters and found the damages caused, and, brought those damages in.my notice, which have been recorded as pictures and video-footages, and have already been shared with you on this whats app portal of UC ! And, this 2nd technician had completed the work almost hereto ! As, when he moved for cleaning the outdoor-unit of the 2 ton A.C., he, refused to dismantle the unit, very embarrassingly ! And, on my requesting repeatedly for the deserving-service of dismantling the outdoor-unit as a prescribed-job, in this service-package, I have booked ; he even went for an encounter with me for challenging me saying it does not include into the service-package, then I had to show the UC app for refuting his statement ! Then, failed to befool me, he, unwillingly, tried to manage with opening the top-case of the outdoor-unit only ! But : I insisted him on properly dismantling it, as he, since the begining, was panicking and trying for convincing me of not going for dismantling the outdoor-unit lest the compressor should get damaged ! He tried to convince me saying without dismantling, its enough for cleaning the unit, absolutely perfect ! His trick did not work on me, and, he was expressing hurry & he anyhow tried to avoid the due-service and, insisted me on getting the order cancelled from his end ! And, further, assured me that my warranty-claim would not be at all, affected for his cancelling the order ! And, he further, assured me that he, from his end, confirms the damages, ( since, I captured the pics of the damages on his opening it and shared, so he himself confirms of the fact ) and he, himself would definitely report the matter to the service-department raising a ticket, side by side, my complaint-report, as here, I have no fault in the whole jugglery of the technicians ! I have even nothing to do if they stop the work in the middle and take any unfair-means by cancelling the order ! I just became victimised ! The 2nd technician Mr. Rahul and his partner were bent on cancelling the order ! So did they ! Now, I want the due-compensation, for the loss caused due to the manhandling of the A.C. by the defaulter technician Mr Rakibul, as sent the relevant-pictures and videos, in form of, evidences of the damages mentioned ! And, the service-quality should be upgraded by UC, upto the standard-level, like the previous-days of my experience with the Urban Company !
