First of all Md. Asif did a good job with installing the lights but once he arrived he started asking questions about the price. After talking to the customer care they said that I have to pay extra for installing 5 extra lights whereas in the page it is written 20/40. I had to pay 400 rupees extra. Then the technician was grumping that he can't tie the lights, he didn't carry extensions. All I had to buy. If the technicians are well versed with the regulations then it would have been less hassle for everyone. The work is done 100% but it's not a seamless and perfect job done and I asked him to use a ladder but he used my plastic terrace chair and broke it and blamed the chair to be flimsy!! LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY TECHNICIAN URBAN COMPANY!!
