Rating is not for the AC service man but the customs of earning by urban clap is not that transparent what it was earlier. Now whenever we book AC servicing it found that everytime service person comes with a machine and check to say gas is low and then quote some very high price for gas charge. In this particular service I have no problem with cooling but just need to do regular servicing, since I refused to gas recharge so no servicing been done and my money refunded after deducting 100/- as visit fee. Later on I called a local ac service person, he come and did the basic service of spray cleaning to indoor and outdoor unit and it's done. I don't understand if I am having ok with cooling then what was issue of just give basic ac servicing and go with your charge

Did not bring Foam where I booked a foam jet ac servicing. And telling that in the aap only lite ac servicing shows. When I sent them the booking details they told us that they forgot to bring the foam. One person opens the indoor unit and cleans the outdoor unit with plain water another person comes back after 1:30 hour later. All other household work got stuck due to unprofessional activity. Very bad experience
