Firstly the advisor had come 1.5 hours late. Call was booked for 12 pm. He came at 1:20 pm citing huge work load in previous visit. He identified that the ac gas refilling has to be done. However now when I am calling the uc helpline to confirm whether he is coming or not there is no response. Also I see the work finish time has been mentioned as 7:29 pm whereas he came at 1:20 pm and left at 3:30 pm. This is absolutely wrong. Not acceptable.
