They said your Ac is having fault so we cannot provide the booked AC cleaning service. The person was good but the policy is not correct . I got the same AC cleaned from UC last year without any issue. They should have provided the the AC cleaning service but said they said they will have to transfer the case to the technician who will. Come and fix. I agreed to that as well but he said that's knly possible in 3 days time . I could not wait three days hence asked to close the request ( half price is suppose to be refunded ) . Nothing against the service man but either I should have got the full refund of the repair service should have been provided without having to wait 3 days . Thanks
