‏“My experience with the massage was overallgreat, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The massage itself was enjoyable, thanks to Rachelle, who was very friendly and demonstrated excellent skills in helping me reach a state of complete relaxation. However, unfortunately, the appointment was delayed for an extra hour, which affected my mood before the session. The delay and poor organization on the company’s part made it hard to fully enjoy the experience from the start. In services like these, which aim to provide relaxation and well-being, the company should be more considerate of the client and ensure better appointment management. Additionally, I noticed another issue regarding the lack of a customer service contact number that’s available consistently, as they only respond until 8 PM. My appointment was after that time, making it difficult to communicate with the company. ‏Despite these issues, I would like to thank Rachelle for her professionalism and skills. I believe the company could benefit from improving its scheduling and offering a more flexible customer service contact.”
