I have already submitted feedback about the service, and I am reiterating my dissatisfaction. During the job, I checked the finished rooms and found them to still be dusty. The service provider assured me that everything was finished and satisfactory, but that was not the case. I then contacted your call center and requested a visit from your total quality manager or quality assurance team. It is necessary for them to come and assess the standards of work being done, as it is not my responsibility to educate the team on how to properly carry out their work. I urge for immediate action to be taken in order to address the subpar job that was done and the presence of dust in the finished rooms.
