She reached late and was initially forced to reschedule the booking session. The professional lacked knowledge about hand massage techniques and pressure points. This was my first manicure experience with Urban Clap under their Luxe services, and I found the professional to be inadequately trained in massaging both the body and hands. Initially, I couldn’t understand or feel the effects of the hand massage, but after applying lotion, she massaged so hard that my hand muscles started hurting badly, and some of the veins in my hand became swollen. Overall, I am very disappointed.
