The app doesn't speak about issue in software/motherboard, the charges of Rs.4500 was asked to be paid to Ratlamath Jayamma through UPI why wasn't collected by Urban app. The Engineer claimed to be Hanumanthu with UC Tag. Check Pricing and if its overpriced without real issue created by mechanic may please refund Rs 4500. It doesn't seem to be genuine issue and pricing. Though now the TV is in working condition. Please look into the matter.
