What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

The professionals were punctual and guided us through the process. However, they were not wearing gloves or mask. I provided them masks for safety. As they did not have gloves, I just asked them to move electrical appliances and some containers - and I removed all utensils myself. Service was done on 15th Feb and it’s just 17th but I spotted a cockroach in my shelf. They also told me that there was fungus under the sink and termite was eating the wood - so they told me that they will mix pest control chemical with termite control - I think they did. They removed fungus, sprayed termite + pest control - for which we paid them an additional 1000. I do not mind paying extra for additional services but it should work. But I still see cockroaches around. They were also very pushy on giving them rating 5/5 and would not want to leave before they got their feedback - it could be UC practice as well but I somehow felt pushed to give them excellent feedback, whereas, I feel a lot can be improved - hygiene mainly.

3 month protection against cockroaches:
We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.
Thorough inspection of the area
Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
