Dear Sir/Madam Refer my geyser complaint dated 7th oct 2024. Mr Naresh your representative attended the complaint. The fault was no light indication in the geyser and water not becoming hot. Mr Naresh stated that two components of geyser are totally faulty and Geyser requires maintenance. He projected the total expense of 2390/-. He was sent back without any rectification and necessary visiting charges of 288/- was paid to him. Post his visit a local mechanic was contacted by me and only male plug was found faulty. He replaced the same in 900/-. Whereas Mr Naresh did not brought out the fault of male plug. Presently geyser is fully serviceable. In view of the above it reveals that your representative has not shown his professionalism/skills in attending this fault. Which has resulted wastage of time and money of the customer. It is requested that kindly look into the matter to avoid such acts pertaining to your representative which may affect the fame of a reputed company i.e Urban Company. In this case I am totally unsatisfied with the work of your representative. Waiting for your response on this issue Thanking you

Very worst person..wantedly damaged the geyser and heating element as we told that we will go for service under warranty...took the entire geyser out and washed it under tap water....very very disappointing service..
