Sandeep visited on time and checked the Geyser. But he could not fix the problem. He told my Racold Geyser can not be repaired which is contrary to what the vendor told me that Racold Geyser could always be repaired unlike some other Geysers. That is why I chose Racold. Am disappointed that your technician failed to repair. I feel that UC is not useful in all kind of services. Am not happy! Sandeep asked me one day time to fix but did not turn up. UC should deploy competent technician. UC should refund the money paid

First he came and gave me a comprehensive list of items. He hasn't completed the job saying there is an airlock. Asked me to do the pipe fittings after it's done. Left the bathroom in a complete mess (adding photos). Geyser has not been fitted completely- pipes and plug still need to be attached.

He bought spare parts- inlet pipes for the geyser from a shop outside. I had asked him to get me a bill/invoice. But this person insisted that I should only be looking at the invoice on the UC app. So, I don’t trust the prices charged by this person. Unfortunate experience today!
