Fraud: Though payment is completed he is saying payment is failed and making me speaking with someone claiming urbancompany customer care .And that guy on phone is asking me to pay in cash and my refund will be processed in 7 business days . This is a total fraud . Very upset with Urban company. Very unprofessional fraud behaviour.
