My washing machine was repair by Mr. arun in the month of May 24 and same was unserviceable for the same issue. Mr Arun checked the machine and reported that rat has cut the pressure valve from bottom. There is no space to cut the pressure valve from bottom and therefore no question arise for cut the same by a rat. Actually it was cracked from the bottom and clearly shows that it was a material failure or poor fitment of valve by the professional which in turn might crack by vibration. After that I was denied warranty repair. Further, I talked to Mr. Dilip who was directed to Mr Arun on the site. He also showed no interest for warranty repair. After that I called customer care and i talked to Mr Arun at customer care. He also talked to professional and answer was same that it can not be repaired under warranty. After consulting with customer care Mr Arun (professional) proposed that he will repair the machine in Rs 500. I was left no option than repair the machine in Rs 500. The machine was repaired by the professional and asked for bill for the same. Further, I was given a bill of zero amount and Rs 500 were charged in cash and UPI or online transfer of amount was denied by the professional. Therefore. I would like to conclude by reporting that no professionalism shown by the mechanic and by the company staff.

Whatever products or services are being given, there's no packaging and name of brand marked. Secondly, he asked half of the payment to be done on his personal account and rest to the app. Not sure about the quality of parts used in repairing my washing machine.
