Still i am getting electric shock even after changing the motor of dryer. Also, I was asked to pay additional 300 INR however, my bill was around 3089 INR. He said i have included one more item and when i said please add in the bill then he said i can't do that as I have completed the service from my end and it is closed on the application side. On the very next day, i got electric shock as soon as i started washing machine. I called the service person on the number that he provided to me. He said i will come and solve the issue but he did not come. UC should take action on this. I am least bothered on the additional payment that i did but more concerned about the service as the issue is yet to be resolved.
