After providing information that the washing machine drain pump was faulty, he advised for a replacement and quoted for replacement for approx 3500 plus VAT and service charges. On asking if I can give me the exact cost, he said it is not showing whether it is available on the UC app. After that I advised him that I will check with the company if it is covered under warranty. He wasn't sure if this part would be or not, my issue is he didn't have proper knowledge and didn't even leave the machine in the proper place and left it half way after inspection. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Really disappointed and have always had an unpleasant experience using this app for any service.
